🧠 Plot Summary

Scott Lang, a skilled thief just out of prison, is recruited by Dr. Hank Pym, a former S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist, to wear a special suit that allows him to shrink in size but increase in strength.

Scott becomes the new Ant-Man, taking over from Hank, who created the shrinking technology. Together with Hank’s daughter Hope van Dyne, they must stop Darren Cross (Hank’s former protégé), who has created a dangerous version of the shrinking tech called the Yellowjacket.

The movie blends heist-style action, humor, and father-daughter emotional depth as Scott tries to redeem himself and reconnect with his own daughter, Cassie.
