🔮 Opening: The Legend of Sir Aaron
Long ago, during a massive war between two kingdoms, a great hero known as Sir Aaron sacrificed himself to bring peace. His companion, a Pokémon named Lucario, was mysteriously sealed inside Sir Aaron’s staff. This act made Sir Aaron a legendary figure remembered as the “Hero of the Aura.”
🎉 Present Day: The Festival at Cameron Palace
Ash, Pikachu, Brock, May, and Max travel to Cameron Palace to celebrate an annual festival commemorating Sir Aaron’s sacrifice. During the celebration, Ash is chosen to portray Sir Aaron in a ceremonial battle. Afterward, he is presented with Sir Aaron’s staff — which still contains Lucario, who is suddenly released.
Lucario is confused and bitter, believing Sir Aaron betrayed him long ago by abandoning the battle. He doesn’t understand the full truth behind Sir Aaron’s sacrifice.
🌳 Mew and the Tree of Beginning
While exploring the palace, Mew appears and playfully kidnaps Pikachu and Meowth, transporting them to the Tree of Beginning, a mysterious, living structure with regenerative powers and deep connections to ancient Pokémon.
Ash, Lucario, and the rest of the group set out on a journey to rescue Pikachu, with Lucario slowly learning about the world’s changes and questioning his understanding of loyalty and betrayal.
💫 Revelations and Redemption
During their journey, Lucario bonds with Ash, who risks his life to save Pikachu without hesitation — paralleling Sir Aaron's noble spirit. Lucario eventually learns that Sir Aaron had sealed him away to protect him and to sacrifice himself using his Aura to stop the war — not to betray him.
Inside the Tree of Beginning, the group faces danger as the Tree begins to collapse. Lucario and Ash combine their Aura to stabilize it, but the strain is too much. Lucario sacrifices himself, just as Sir Aaron once did, finally understanding the true meaning of his master’s actions and choosing to save others over himself.
